Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Senior Sales representative to drive the growth of our services business in assigned European and Worldwide markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships abroad, and achieving sustainable, profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, managing Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze needs of international system integrators or final clients and match them with the appropriate solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with our Solutions Architects and Services teams to design tailored proposals.
  • Lead the negotiation process, working closely with our Management Team to finalize agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver financial offers and technical presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and actions to expand our market share.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Actively use social media and digital tools to generate leads and promote services.
  • Propose, agree and meet/exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar B2B sales role.
  • University degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in other EEC languages would be appreciated.
  • Ability to quickly build with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in preparing professional reports and proposals.
